GOD IS NOT DEAD

-Pastor Olumese
Isaiah 40:25-26b (NIV), “To whom will you compare Me? Or who is my equal says the Holy One. Lift your eyes and look to the Heavens: Who created all these? Because of His great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing.”
Today, being the very last day in the month of June, is a beautiful day to ponder on the Supremacy of the Holy One of Israel – our Creator. Romans 11:20 says, “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities – His eternal power and divine nature have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.” Put side by side, both the preceding scripture and our anchor scriptures prove a simple point. God is real and His authenticity can be clearly perceived and understood from everything He has created.

Are you perplexed by the challenges of life? Is that financial, health or marital challenge taking your focus off the goodness of the Almighty God? Do not allow any circumstance make you doubt the existence of your God. God is alive and well and He has not left you alone. Both Psalm 14:1a and Psalm 53:1a corroborate this truth, “The fool had said in his heart, “There is no God.” Do not allow the challenges you face to make a fool out of you! As long as you are in this world, challenges will always come but you must realize that God is bigger than you, your challenges or whatever setback your mind can think about. Trust me; you are not alone because God’s got your back.

Life will always seem to be a complex twist of threads but it can be made uncomplicated if you truly believe that the all wise God is with you right now as you study these words. Isaiah 4:28-29 speaks these beautiful words, “Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.” Don’t be afraid; if it seems like your faith is failing, but if you would just look above that challenge and set your mind to the Lord, I assure you, your will come out of that challenge as more than a conqueror.
FURTHER STUDY: Romans 8:37 (NIV), “No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS I CANNOT BE CONFOUNDED BECAUSE I AM MIGTHILY HELPED OF THE LORD. SITUATIONS CANNOT CHANGE THE FACT THAT MY GOD IS MY SHIELD AND BUCKLER; HE IS NOT DEAD!
ACTION POINT: Stop worrying, walk in faith.
ONE YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN: Job 17-19; Acts 10:1-23

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES – FRIDAY, 30TH JUNE, 2017

GOOD MORNING BELOVED!
RHAPSODY OF REALITIES
FRIDAY, 30TH JUNE, 2017.
PASTOR CHRIS
HE HELPS YOU LIVE THE FAITH LIFE.
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him (Hebrews 11:6).
Religious Christianity teaches that you have to struggle to please God, and to walk with Him. However, the reality is that you don’t have to struggle to please God, because the Holy Spirit helps you live the faith life that pleases Him. When people struggle and still don’t seem to make meaningful progress in life, you can tell they don’t have much fellowship with the Holy Spirit. Real fellowship with the Holy Spirit makes a difference.
Genesis 5:24 says, “And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.” Enoch “walking with God” doesn’t mean he was always taking casual stroll with God, but that he was in continual communion or fellowship with God. Hebrews 11:5 further enlightens us on how Enoch walked with God; it was by faith: “By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.”
We read in our opening verse that without faith, it’s impossible to please God. Walking with the Spirit is by faith. You don’t see Him with your physical eyes, but you know He’s real, and relate with Him as a person. You’re conscious that He lives in you and carries out His ministry in, and through you. When you walk with Him, He’ll make you wise. He’ll produce excellence in, and through, you; you’ll have a beautiful and fulfilled life.
With the Holy Spirit, you can never be defeated or disadvantaged. He’s the glory of God, and will cause you to walk in dominion over devils, sickness, disease, infirmities, and death. His presence in your life makes you indomitable. Walk with Him, and it’ll be glory, victory, success, excellence and blessings for you all the way!
PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank you for your eternal love for me! Thank you for your glory in my life, and for opening the eyes of my spirit to your wisdom that I may walk in your perfect will. I worship you today, delighted that you guide me in all things, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
FURTHER STUDY:

1 John 1:3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 1:9 God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES – Thursday, June 29 2017 TOPIC: BE FIRED UP TO DO MORE

ROR29

Good Morning Beloved!
RHAPSODY OF REALITIES – Thursday, June 29 2017
TOPIC: BE FIRED UP TO DO MORE
PASTOR CHRIS .
Send us around the world with the news of your saving power and your eternal plan for all mankind (Psalm 67:2 TLB).
In Revelation 22:7, the Master said, “Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.” Then in Matthew 28:19-20, He instructed, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” He’s coming back soon, and He’s given us the mandate to evangelize the world before He comes back. He said in Luke 19:13, “…Occupy till I come”; that means keep working; keep preaching; keep leading men and women into righteousness. There’s an urgency, a fervency in our spirits to share the message of His love around the world. We’re the bearers of His righteousness; His light in a dark world. Isaiah 60:2 says, “For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.”
Now, more than ever, we must realize our position as the light of the world, and take the light of the Gospel to men and women around the world. We can’t afford to be weak, lukewarm, or quiet. We must maintain the glow, urgency, and passion that the moment demands. We’re the custodians of this Gospel; it’s our responsibility to preach it with the knowledge and power of the Spirit—as witnesses to all nations (Matthew 24:14).
Remember, the Gospel is God’s saving power that unveils His eternal plan for mankind; it’s worth living for, and if need be, dying for.
PRAYER
Dear Father, I pray that through the preaching and proclamation of the Gospel, a mighty harvest of souls be recorded around the world. I break the power of the prince of the air, and terminate his hold over the lives of men and women around the world, as they hear the Gospel. I pray for increased activities of angels, to guide them to the truth, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
FURTHER STUDY:
Matthew 24:14
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
Mark 16:15
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

THURSDAY 29TH
DISCARD FEAR, STEP INTO THAT BUSINESS WITH FAITH

-Pastor Olumese
Isaiah 41:13, “For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto you, fear not; I will help you.”
Throughout this month of June, by the leading of the Spirit, I have been encouraging  you to become a wealth creator by starting a business. As this month comes to a glorious end, I want to believe that some people would have listened to me and stepped out in faith to set up something. I pray that such people will succeed tremendously.

I have come to discover, many times, what keeps a lot of people from daringly stepping into greatness is fear. Most people would rather hold on to what is seen (even if it is not good enough) than reach out for more (even though they know that they have the potential to achieve bigger successes!) I read a story some time ago about a little girl who wanted to cross a bridge with her father by her side. Her father asked her to hold his hand but the little girl refused. She then asked her father to hold her hand which he did. After they had crossed the bridge, the father asked his little daughter why she refused to hold his hand.  The little girl answered saying, “If I hold your hand, I may let go of you when I see the waves, but if you hold my hand, irrespective of whatever happens, I know that you will never let go of me.”

What you must know is this: If the devil can take you away from the place of faith, then realize that he has taken you from God’s best for you. Rather than shrink back into average living, Get up and confront your fears boldly because “God has not given you the spirit of fear, but of power, of love and of a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7). Fear has a way of dominating a man’s life but you can break out of fear into faith today. Your success story will be a marvel to all!
FURTHER STUDY:  Psalms 55:22, “Cast your burden upon the LORD and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be forsaken.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS, GOD HOLDS MY RIGHT HAND, I AM CONFIDENT OF MY VICTORY; I REFUSE TO BE AFRAID BECAUSE I AM SURE I WILL SUCCEED IN BUSINESS!
ACTION POINT:  Confront the fears that hold you back. Start that business soon.
ONE YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN: Job 14-16; Acts 9:22-43
#GoodNews: Are you getting ready for MID-YEAR THANKSGIVING?! It is this Sunday. Join us a s we dance and give God praise. Your life will never remain the same again!

Popular Mainstream Rapper Kendrick Lamar Says: ‘Because of the State of the World His Next Album Will FOCUS On God. By Henry talker

In a recent interview with The New York Times, Lamar spoke about the creative direction for his upcoming album. He said “God” is the “biggest missing component in life” so that is who the album will be focused around.

“I think now, how wayward things have gone within the past few months, my focus is ultimately going back to my community and the other communities around the world where they’re doing the groundwork. ‘To Pimp a Butterfly’ was addressing the problem. I’m in a space now where I’m not addressing the problem anymore,” he told the outlet. “We’re in a time where we exclude one major component out of this whole thing called life: God. Nobody speaks on it because it’s almost in conflict with what’s going on in the world when you talk about politics and government and the system.”
Lamar reflected on his family, in particular his younger brothers and when asked if the record will focus solely on religion, he replied, “It’s very urgent.”

“At one point in time I may have a little girl who grows up and tells me about her engagements with a male figure — things that most men don’t want to hear. Learning to accept it, and not run away from it, that’s how I want this album to feel,” he concluded.

KENDRICK LMR

The 29-year-old has not released any further information about the direction of the new album but he will be joining the likes of Kanye West and Chance the Rapper by using his faith and religious themes in their music.
Lamar has infused his music in the past with examples of his faith. His albums Good Kid, m.A.A.d City featured prayers and to To Pimp A Butterfly talked about God in the song .
“How Much a Dollar Cost?”

After the 2017 Grammy Awards, Lamer also praised God for fellow emcee Chance the Rapper’s historic win, as the first streaming artist to win a Grammy. Chance shared a screengrab on Instagram of the message.

“Congrats bro. God is moving,” Lamar wrote in the message, to which Chance replied, “He is! Love you brother!”
A seven time Grammy award winner, Lamar has also spoken about his faith being rooted in the Bible many times, and his Love for God.
